1.What is your definition of Health? / What are your criterias for feeling Healthy?

2.On scale of 0 to 10, (where 0 being lowest and 10 being highest) , where do you rank your current quality of health?

3.How do you feel about this ranking?

4.According to you, What  your friends and family are talking/ feeling/ experiencing about your current  health?

5.What is Priority ranking you are currently giving to practice healthy habits (Healthy Sleep time, Meal timing, Healthier food choices, Exercise time, self help book reading, pranayam/ meditation practice)
  in comparison to your Profession/ Studies, Family Responsibilities, Socializing?

Now Visualise Yourself  5/ 10 years later, your age will be increasing, your professional/ work as well as family responsibilities will be changing.

6.If you keep the same Dedication, Priority, Discipline towards practicing Healthy Habits, where would be the ranking of your quality of health after 5/10 years?
