Nutrition&Exercise Guidelines for healthy mind and body, customized for our hardworking teacher.

Therefore Teacher needs optimum health care, here are few nutrition and exercise guidelines
1. Drinking of natural coolant like Amla juice, lime juice, kokum sharbat, coconut water, vaala sharbat, barley water, khadishakkar before/during/after lectures for hydration, useful to avoid water retention, for stress buster, and as an antioxidant. 
2. Eating cashew nuts, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, aliv laddoo, moong laddoo as power-saving snack meal and is useful to provide essential vitamins, minerals and fatty acids. 
3. Stretching exercises like a calf raise (can be done during/between two lectures), parvataasan, neck and shoulder rotation (can be done at free hours between lectures) have small walk or chair squats after long sitting hours. 
4. Pranayam practice every morning and at bedtime. 
5. Eat banana /dates at starting of day to boost mental energy and increasing stamina. 
6. Bedtime warm milk (can add a pinch of turmeric powder and cardamom powder) for peaceful sleep and to improve immunity.
